• Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to all HVAC/ACMV projects.
• Manage the Service Team in executing project plans, timelines, cost preparations and resources requirement.
• Provide technical support and clarifications to the Customer Service in producing comprehensive quotations to the clients.
• Address and resolve project administrative issues that may arise during project execution.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to prepare necessary equipment required for the project.
• Actively follow-up and resolve customer service-related issues / concerns.
• Attend internal and external meetings with stakeholders to resolve service operational matters.
• Oversee project execution and ensure service completion are within schedule.
• Ensure off-site operations are scheduled in accordance with customers' requirements.
• Ensure customers' requirements are clearly coordinated and communicated with the Service Team.
• Conduct site survey to accurately plan and allocate manpower resources for all Service jobs.
• Ensure Service projects are in compliance with all internal and project site SQE rules & regulations.

The role shall take full responsibility on Waste Gas Acquisition (Get Gas) and Reclaimed Gas Sales (Sell Gas), mainly CFC / HCFC & HFC and potentially HFO in future.

• Maintain strong sales order pipeline and develop initiatives to increase collection volumes.
• Maintain an annual sales budget by branch, channel, teritory & product type, monitor its progress on a daily / weekly / monthly reporting and shall take pro-active actions to meet set budget.
• Forecast weekly sales process and oversee inbound order taking & processing.
• Ensure on time delivery of sales budget by volume and margin.
• Lead & develop sales initiatives within current & new markets and maintain strong partnership with clients & stakeholders including government institutions.
• Actively collaborate with local stakeholders and/or government institutions to promote Company's commercial & strategic initiatives across other regions to drive incremental sales & profit growth.
• Lead operational effectiveness through implementation of processes, tools and systems to enhance site-location decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Constant follow-through with Operations Team to ensure timely delivery, anticipate / mitigate delay risks and ensure such delay (if any) are properly coordinated with clients.
• Compile, consolidate and ensure timely report submission to the required government agency on the waste disposal.
• Constantly liaise with SQE and Operations Team to ensure quality control, quality assurance and safe practices are complied.

• Update GP on jobs billing details and prepare all documents for billing submission.
• Update / Issue project code for all service and new project jobs.
• Actively liaise with client representatives for any concerns on the service or project jobs and constantly follow-up on purchase orders as required.
• Constantly coordinate with Project Supervisor on new projects awarded and other clients’ concerns needed to be addressed.
• Economically source spare parts and other materials needed for all service or project jobs.
• Prepare daily sales and monthly quotations reports.
• Prepare tender documents for new projects.
• Issue delivery order or service chits.
• Shipment booking, coordination and preparation of required documents.
• Monitor disposal of empty cylinder stocks and order replenishment as needed.
• NEA reporting as required.

• Monthly update on refrigerant price to customer and follow-up on new order or price feedback.

• Identify and maintain compliance to relevant WHS, Environmental & other acts, regulations, codes of practices & guidelines etc.
• Audit SQE Management System, including reviewing, monitoring, measuring, reporting on performance.
• Recommend and implement continual improvement to the SQE system, work instructions and associated processes.
• Promoting awareness of SQE requirements, communicating and consulting with all staff & other stakeholders on SQE processes, documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Development and implementation of SQE documentation relevant but not limited to procedures, plans, hazard and aspect identification, risk assessments, emergency preparedness & response, design & development, management of change, control measures, management review including ad hoc measures based on current environmental occurrences.
