Key Responsibilities:

· Content Creation & Strategy: Setting content strategy and driving engagement on our social platforms targeted at corporate clients. Develop and implement engaging social media content that aligns with the bank's brand and marketing goals, ensuring posts are optimized for reach and virality.

· Content Production: Oversee the creation of multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and written posts, ensuring high-quality and engaging material that resonates with the target audience.

· Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, fads, and platform updates to incorporate into the bank's social media strategy.

· Audience Engagement: Build and foster a community around the bank’s social media channels by actively engaging with followers and responding to feedback.

· Platform Mastery: Utilize expertise in social media algorithms to adapt content strategies that maximize organic reach and engagement.

· Performance Tracking: Analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies to improve performance, engagement, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

· Experience: Demonstrated experience in social media management and content creation. Experience working with financial institutions is a plus. Familiarity with the use of various AI and design tools in content production.

· Skills: Strong understanding of backend algorithms for major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, WeChat).

· Creativity: Proven ability to create content that captivates and drives engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Create PR/GR/Extract reports using SAP system.
• Process invoice payments.
• Financial Data Management - Ensuring accurate/up-to-date data entries.
• Work with various senior managers to monitor utilization of budget.
• Aids in software, hardware contracts renewal and budget oversight.
• Aids in project budget oversight.
• Prepare monthly financial dashboard reports.
• Asset Management – Manage laptops inventory, issuance, write-off of assets, etc.
• Other Finance/Asset Management related ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Finance Lead

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance/ Business Management or related field.

• Preferably 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a Finance Institution, Audit or Consultancy firm.

• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in Finance, Audit or Consultancy may apply.

Essential:

• Above average Excel skills (Advance formulas, pivot tables, power query, building of reporting dashboard). Strong in data analysis using excel.

Responsibilities:

· Overall Project Management:

- Responsible and track the quality, scope, timeline, effort (co-related to estimation, CR’s, complexity), resources (includes GTO, business, contractor, Professional Services resources as well as operations),

- Develop and execute the overall project plan and analyse project proposals which impacts the schedule and budget variance which in turn contribute to meeting the overall objectives of the project.

- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks.

· Stakeholder Management: Work hand in hand with Business Project Managers to manage project stakeholders and relationships - e.g. escalation, expectation, conflict, scope changes, etc. Ensure teams work in a collaborative environment

· Risk and Issue Management: Manage overall project risk, track risk aging, work through escalations, change governance and related issues. Implement the risk mitigation plans.

· Process Adherence: Partner with relevant stakeholders in ensuring that the system development methodology is followed and the relevant artefacts are delivered on time with quality, in adherence to the development methodology/approach

· Project Reporting: Measure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders at various levels of organization across the enterprise with the right quality, consistency in content. Implement project communication plan and review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required

· Client focussed: Drives decision making and delivery outcomes through client lense

Requirements:

Technical Skills & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, finance, or equivalent.

· At least 15 years experience in project management in banking, financial, consulting industries with proven track record.

· Good problem solver and stay on top of the project risks and issues till closure.

· Good team player and is able to exercise formal and informal ways to lead the vertical teams in achieving the common project targets.

· Excellent presentation skills and able to front with the senior stakeholders at C level.

· Passionate, diligent, and resilient individual with ability if thrive in ambiguity.

· Previous exposure to Channels & APIs including internet banking, mobile, API and H2H knowledge will be advantages.

· Good to have PMP, Prince2, Agile certification.

Education

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar domain

Related professional/technical qualification will be advantageous although not mandatory
