(A) Sanction Screening

1. Perform day-to-day operational activities in relation to Sanctions Screening over voluminous payment transaction processing for inward & outward remittances.

• Provide 7 x 24 operational support for all production practices including weekends and holidays for Trade Finance processing applications

Job Description:

• You must be the experienced developer, with good experience in system integration/interfacing
• You will typically be assigned to work on specific projects and is expected to support the Application Delivery Manager (ADM) in all relevant technical matters, end-to-end, within the project.
• Depending on the project, your duties may include coding, scripting, building new systems (where necessary) and interfaces. For new system build-up, you may need to environment support during SIT/UAT.

To support the bank in planning and coordination for Regional Disaster Recovery Exercises for Singapore and Subsidiaries

Key Responsibilities

Job scope involves working with various IT partners (computer operations, system administrators, job schedulers, production support teams) and coordination with Business users during Disaster Recovery exercise.

• Lead and co-ordinate all the planning of all DR activities with key stakeholders (Application, Infra, Security and Business Users)
• Responsible for ITDR execution with key stakeholders
• Assess DR operational readiness to onboard new applications implemented.
• Periodic status reporting of issues and risks, highlight key areas of concern.
• Escalate Risks for management attention on issues which affect the scope of DR, schedule and quality.
• Conduct DR readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Post exercise reviews
• Facilitate regular pre-DR progress reviews and signoff. Continually work towards making improvement in the DR process

Key Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer, information technology or related discipline
• 8-10 years of IT experience, preferably in financial industry ; experience in software development, production support or Infrastructure management with a track record of working in major projects; prior experience in IT Disaster recovery (exercises or real time events) preferred.
• Good understanding of IT resiliency in terms of interfacing between different systems and the related processes ; candidate should be familiar about different application infra components (like AS400, Mainframe, Open systems, Network, Middleware) and worked in one (or) many of these systems.

1. Market Coordination
• The role will support the Bank's sustainable finance vision across the region (especially Singapore, China, Taiwan, Indonesia and India), and assist with communications and dissemination of sustainable finance guidelines/policies/information to the markets.

2. Sustainable Business Enabler
• Conduct research on sustainability topics in sensitive sectors such as agriculture, oil & gas, infrastructure; keeping abreast of trends and issues, communicating, training and raising awareness to internal stakeholders.

Job Objectives

The Process Assurance Team is within Group Banking Technology (GBT), supporting bank’s Project, Development and Technology Delivery teams to ensure process compliance to System Development Methodology (SDM) process.

The team acts as an assurance gate for SDM major milestones to ensure entry & exit criteria are met and is responsible to review the quality of the artefacts such as functional & design specification, testing documents and others project deliverables.

This position serves as a Process Assurance Analyst for the software delivery assurance as per the established processes and guidelines, the lead will drive process compliance to all the software releases into production. The lead will also contribute to drive continuous improvements withing Software Delivery Processes.

The candidate must be skilled in verbal and written communication, as the position interfaces directly with senior project managers and delivery managers. The position requires attention to detail and accurately articulating impact in a non-technical and technical manner. Prioritizing tasks and shifting focus under pressure is critical as the team works through various competing high priority projects and releases.

Job Duties

•Manage the end-to-end deployment and delivery of IT infrastructure for projects from deployment planning, setup & testing, pre-production readiness to production cutover. Conduct proper transition from Project to Operations before project closure
•Understand the solution, scope and deliverables of the project, review the implementation and cutover strategy and work towards executing a successful project cutover
•Collaborate with Solution Engineer, Application teams, Infrastructure SME’s and service providers to meet the project objectives and schedule, and address issues that arise in the project through timely escalation
