The successful candidate shall take on the role of a Data Governance Specialist and

support Risk Management Group Data Steward on managing Data Quality, Data Discoverability,

Data Ownership and Data Access, covering the following:

(i) facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams towards tangible data quality improvements

(ii) ensure issues raised in Data Issues Log in SG and overseas locations are properly followed up, status reported and resolved within expected timelines

(iii) define critical data attributes and data quality requirements

(iv) ensure fitness of data for operational and strategic use

(v) drive and enable cross-collaboration with RMG units on Data Governance matters

Job duties and responsibilities:

1. Host regular RMG Data Quality forums (including preparation of meeting materials) and represent RMG at Group level Data Issue meetings

2. Organize cross-department discussions to drive and resolve data issues

3. Work with RMG stakeholders to review and improve data quality monitoring reports and processes

4. Participate in data ownership discussion and follow-ups

5. Assist in review and setup of data access for users

6. Drive data management related reviews, such as BCBS239 annual reviews.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Analyse, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, test applications

The primary work comprises of requirement analysis, mapping design, technical specification, programming, code review, job scheduling, perform unit test and SIT, support UAT, deploy to production, post implementation support, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.
• Understand each Bank’s business unit's Role & Access provisioning processes
• As a role maker Review and Create Business Policies and Roles in identity Management System
• Understand and Validate the Application or Department level Role Matrix.
• Follow-up on Consolidated Access certification feedbacks/queries
• Perform target account reconciliation against the Identity Management system,
• Help the IDM team by completing the daily tasks assigned
• Provide administrative support to IDM team
• Maintains a High level of quality and productivity per Bank’s standards

Technical Skills

• Knowledge on access control, preferably RBAC (Role Based Access Control)

• Hands on experience with Reporting tools
• Comprehensive knowledge in User Access Managementand Application Access Matrix

Job Scope

1. To support and drive Bank’s Generative AI initiatives in improving Contact Centre operations, employee journey and overall customer experience.

2. Ensure smooth delivery of Contact Centre system enhancements in Corporate Banking (such as CRM and telephony) and fixes through comprehensive testing.

3. Preparation of test cases based on user requirements, executing cases, and collaborate with developers to ensure all issues are resolved before release.

4. Strong ownership of assigned projects and ensure tasks are completed to meet project timeline.

5. After office hours and weekend/PH work are expected to support releases during off-peak hours.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer, IT, Engineering or Business equivalent.

2. Good understanding in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and AI.

3. Proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc

4. Experience in Agile Project Management and Customer Service is preferred.
