A. Clouet (Singapore) is one of the subsidiaries under Maison Denis in Singapore. Incorporated in 1979, the company’s principal activities consist of the import and distribution of Ayam Brand, Alce Nero, Duchef and several other brands in Singapore. With a strong distribution network in Singapore, you can find Ayam Brand and a wide variety of other products distributed by A. Clouet in all supermarket chains, convenience stores, e-commerce platforms, general retail outlets and foodservice channels.

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our Team. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for ordering of finished goods from company's Suppliers.

· Liaise with key personnel from internal supply chain team and overseas suppliers to ensure goods are produced and shipped on time.

· Liaise with overseas and local forwarders to deliver goods in Singapore in a timely and cost-effective manner.

· Work closely with 3PL warehouse personnel on inbound shipments and inventory management

· Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on sales forecasts and promotional items, ensuring optimal stock management and stock availability.

· Prepare purchase orders, organise and confirm delivery of goods.

Qualifications

· Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Logistics/Inventory Management/Procurement or equivalent

· 1-2 years of relevant experience; preferably in wholesale and distribution industry

· Responsible, meticulous, analytical and possess a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines

· Ability to communicate and work well with others in a team environment

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational skills & able to multi-task

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, vlookup, etc)

· Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Job Description

· Execute and manage order processing transactions accurately.

· Collaborate effectively with Accounts, Warehouse, Logistics and Sales to mitigate outstanding issues for timely

order fulfilment or billing.

· Retrieve purchase orders and submit invoices on customers’ online portal regularly.

· Liaise with Warehouse and Sales for returns from customers.

· Issue Credit and Debit notes when applicable.

· Maintain systematic and complete filing of documents.

· Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least "N"/ “O” Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma or equivalent

· IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

· High attention to details

· Good communication ability, both written and verbal

· Inventory knowledge is an advantage

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to manage a portfolio of existing customers as well as prospect for new customers in the HORECA channel.

A day in the life of...

The applicant will develop and expand the company's market share of leading brands to restaurants, cafes, hotels, and institutions. They will also need to stay informed about menu developments at client sites and provide client feedback to management.

The applicant should be capable of managing existing clients as well as prospecting for new ones. They must be able to work independently and communicate effectively in meetings with stakeholders. Good business acumen and an existing network of contacts are added advantages. The applicant should have their own transport.

Main responsibilities are:

· Achieve foodservices annual sales target, and drive growth through key foodservices sub-channels

· Build and maintain good rapport with customers, maintain, and expand distribution channels

· Identify potential markets or leads to expand customer based in foodservice channel and customer's product usage range

· Responsible to plan, implement, and evaluate promotional activities within the assigned channel and customers

· Track, monitor, and analyze products, channel, and customer's sales trend to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales goals

· Provide market insights pertaining to the current trend and competitor's activities, suggest necessary action plan whenever needed

· Generate sales and product penetration report on frequent basis

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
