Responsibilities
- Call to fix appointments with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage schedule of various stakeholders
- Follow up on cancellation and rescheduling of appointments
- Follow up with the appointment outcome and indicate in system
- Conduct short briefings to internal and external stakeholders upon arrival
Requirements
- Good working etiquette
- Good organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Proficient in Excel
- Chinese language fluency required in order to attend to Chinese external stakeholders
- Support other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager
- Availability to start immediately is preferred
Work Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays
- 9am to 6pm
- 5 days work week
