Job Responsibilities:

· Transform the BU Investment (Asset Owner) sub-function for AIAS to enable the next generation analytics and solutioning through implementing new analytics modules, measuring, monitoring and reporting in the new investment system.

· Facilitate investment governance and control including monitoring SAA/TAA, investment risk limits, investment/portfolio mandate monitoring and all internal control assessment

Requirements:

· At least a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, financial engineering, data analytics, statistics, math, economics or actuarial science. Masters degrees and/or additional professional qualifications such as CFA preferred.

Responsibilities:

Pricing and Product Development

• Determine pricing for employee benefits insurance products in accordance with the company’s underwriting standards, with the objective to minimize excess risks and maximize profits and retention. This includes regular review and monitoring to ensure portfolio profitability remains in line with best estimate assumptions.
• Developing new products and enhancements to existing products in line with company’s product standards. This includes refreshing pricing assumptions, pricing tools and conducting regular experience analysis.

Management Reporting

Ensure seamless customer experience from client application, medical to policy inception Attend to servicing queries from clients and be the first point of contact for any customer complaints Manage own portfolio of clients by Providing financial advice based on clients' financial and protection needs Providing recommendation to clients on wealth accumulation and legacy planning Delivering a high level of professional customer service to customers Driving company initiatives/ projects, eg, Lead Generation Campaigns, Customer Promotions etc. Participate in scheduled sales training and other professional development courses to enhance sales skills and meet the mandatory CPD hours requirement to ensure Fit & Proper. Manage and drive team performance to achieve sales targets Be an authorised signatory for all sales related documents Undertake any other projects assigned from time to time such as products/services enhancements and market analysis. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH | YOU WILL HAVE Minimum education: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma and higher 3-5 years of relevant experience, with 1-2 years experience leading a sales team with demonstrated track record of sales achievement Great enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and exceptional organizational skills to this highly visible role to help with the sales growth. Results-driven, professional, passionate for growth Experience in Insurance related Sales environment with certifications in CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI.
