Responsibilities:

Design mould, tooling and test socket solutions based on customer specifications, semiconductor packages, and testing requirements.

Utilize CAD tools (such as CREO, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings.

Ensure designs meet mechanical, thermal, and electrical performance requirements for high-precision semiconductor testing.

Select appropriate materials, tolerances, and manufacturing methods to ensure product durability, precision, and cost-effectiveness.

Able to carry out the R&D of new test socket whenever the market trend is needed.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing, to refine designs and ensure compatibility with testing equipment and processes.

Provide technical support to manufacturing teams during prototyping, production, and assembly to resolve any design-related issues.

Engage with customers and vendors to ensure all moulds, tooling and test socket solutions meet functional requirements and industry standards.

Oversee the prototyping phase, ensuring that initial designs are built and tested effectively.

Lead or participate in validation and testing efforts to ensure the tooling and test sockets perform under specified conditions (e.g., temperature, mechanical stress, electrical signals, thermodynamics).

Analyse test data and provide feedback for continuous improvement in design and materials.

Continuously seek to improve design efficiency and product performance, optimizing socket contact interfaces, reducing testing time, and improving signal integrity.

Innovate by introducing new design techniques, materials, or technologies that improve the quality, reliability, and cost of the test sockets and tooling solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest semiconductor technologies and testing methodologies to ensure cutting-edge designs.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all designs, including detailed engineering drawings, materials specifications, and manufacturing processes.

Create user manuals and technical documentation to guide customers and internal teams on the proper usage of tooling and test sockets.

Qualifications:

At least Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Proficiency in & Hands-on experience with CAD software for mechanical design and simulation (e.g., CREO, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD).

Knowledge of materials science, particularly in relation to thermal management, wear resistance, and conductivity

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical challenges.

Strong attention to detail and precision in design and documentation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Effective communication skills for both internal team coordination and customer interactions.

Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, manufacturing site inspections, or vendor meetings.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality management of machined products to ensure that product quality
• Ensuring that our internal management systems are well defined and relevant in meeting international standards and customer requirements.
• Lead and monitor the QMS incl. ISO9001 & ISO 14001 quality system certification and promote continuous improvement.
• Lead the quality team to implement quality inspection and control and manage non-conforming products.
• Participate in supplier evaluation and management to ensure the quality of raw materials and purchased parts.

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• At least 3 years of quality management experience in the machining industry
• Proficient in using office software and mintab statistical analysis software, and possessing Six Sigma quality management knowledge and skills, e.g. SPC tools & 8D reports.
• Strong knowledge and experience in leading ISO9001 & ISO 14001 quality system certification.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in China.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for formulating and executing machining plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate the work between various departments, including production, purchasing, quality, etc., to ensure smooth production.
• Monitor production progress and resolve problems and risks in the process in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the statistics and analysis of production data to provide basis for decision-making.
• Develop a reasonable production plan based on project needs and clarify production tasks;
• Control key nodes and potential risk points, and assist the production team to monitor the output of each process to ensure that each project is delivered on schedule;
• Confirm and manage orders in a timely manner according to the actual production situation in the workshop;
• Communicate, coordinate and handle abnormal orders in a timely manner internally and externally to ensure that projects are delivered on time.

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in production/ assembly planning or automation project management
• Proficient in using production management software and office software.
• Excellent communication, coordination and team management skills; strong data statistical analysis and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in China.
