Understanding of import & export stature requirement for local & oversea markets.
Executing, direction and coordinate as required for all transportation matters within organisation, vendors & customers
Planning, monitoring and controlling transportation activities include budgets, schedules & routes for incoming, outgoing and transfer of goods for the organisation.
Assuring and seeking to improve customer satisfaction and feedback through consistent customer interaction, e.g., communication, (phone, e-mail, etc.) and customer meetings, kick off, review, etc.
Arranging vendors on resources for all local activities on deliverable include stuffing/unstuffing of goods, allocation of containers and import & export clearance documentations
Managing forwarder & counterparts on processes and documentation for smooth deliveries
Working proactively to set customer expectation to assure acceptance of timely deliverables even under challenging circumstances
Identifying and sharing lessons learned to be recorded.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree / Diploma with minimum 2 years’ of experience managing Logistics & Operation activities.
Experience with Logistic deliverable of different size, complexity and contractual types.
Submission of all required logistic documentation & understand incoterm.
Working knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
