Key Responsibilities

1. Support and Execute Corporate Fundraising Partnerships

· Support the senior management to partner with ABLE leadership, colleagues, and Board members to develop and implement sustainable fundraising efforts targeting corporate partners and grant makers to achieve ABLE’s priorities, including for capital projects.

· Develop and implement innovative fundraising campaigns to drive corporate (including family offices) donations across digital platforms (e.g. giving.sg)

· Explore various channels to expand ABLE’s reach to corporate decision-makers and donors for both offline and online fundraising platforms to support ABLE’s cause.

· Support the senior management to ensure end-to-end follow-up on strategic partnerships with grant makers and foundations such as NCSS, SG Enable and other social sector agencies, corporate and family foundations, Caritas. This includes grant writing supported by relevant research and insights.

· Develop and design compelling fundraising and strategic partnership materials such as proposals, brochures, reports.

· Prepare regular updates and reports to the CEO and Board members including analyses of donor portfolio and fundraising efficiency.

· Collaborate internally to prioritize limited resources for the greatest possible impact and return on investment, including leveraging technology and social media where appropriate.

· Support the senior management to cultivate new sources of funds from the corporate sector and grant makers to expand donor pipeline and support the sustainability of ABLE.

2. Support Corporate CSR and Inclusive Employer engagement

· Work with senior management to explore synergies with key stakeholders and co-develop long-term giving strategies with corporations, partner institutions and foundations.

· Work with ABLE colleagues to design and direct high-impact corporate engagement projects.

3. Volunteer Management

· Assist to develop a compelling suite of programmes for volunteers to contribute their skills and experiences to benefit ABLE’s clients and their caregivers.

· Explore, plan and manage all publicity and outreach efforts for volunteer recruitment and engagement initiatives.

· Screen, plan and coordinate volunteer orientation, including aligning with ABLE’s Integrated Services professionals on client care requirements.

· Organize volunteer appreciation and engagement programmes to foster and strengthen ABLE’s pool of volunteers.

· Manage and ensure that the Volunteer Management System (VMS) is up-to-date.

Requirement

· Degree from an accredited tertiary institution, or comparable qualification.

· At least 4-5 years in a fundraising or similar capacity such as sales & marketing, business development, client-facing role.

· Results-driven team player, with experience working with a high degree of independence in time-sensitive environment.

· Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse audiences, corporate philanthropic leaders, grant makers and HNWIs.

· Familiarity with Corporate CSR/Philanthropic arm, foundations, social services, non-profit sector would be advantageous.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As someone who is passionate about creating impact and helping to change lives in the Social Service sector, the role is critical to growing ABLE’s awareness and presence among corporate and individual sponsors, helping to ensure ABLE’s financial sustainability to continue helping the physically challenged overcome adversity and live normal lives. The role will also be responsible for supporting ABLE’s communications strategy as well as managing ABLE’s Volunteer programme.

Key Responsibilities

Campaigns and Events

• Assist in the planning and execution of creative fundraising events and activities, including digital fundraising campaigns, that promote ABLE's cause and unique proposition.
• Contribute fresh ideas for impactful initiatives where appropriate.
• Help maintain a calendar of marketing activities and events, with a key mandate on annual fundraising activities e.g. Charity Dinner, Charity Golf, Parish Outreach.
• Assist to create compelling and differentiated fundraising campaign assets and content that enable ABLE to stand out from other non-profits. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting the preparation of marketing collateral, fundraising proposals, donation appeals, sponsorship packages, appreciation letters / emails.
• Help to handle event logistics, and where appropriate, lead the effort of working with vendors, partners, staff, volunteers, and attendees to ensure smooth execution and high- quality standards of donor experiences.
• Assist to prepare insightful reports on performance of campaigns and events across various channels.
• Assist to ensure donor database is accurate and updated in a timely manner.

Brands Awareness and Communications

Job Scope:

The Administrative Operations Executive is required to support daily operations including timely and accurate scheduling of client services & their transport needs, processing of invoices, deliveries, servicing of facilities and ensure other operational workflows are efficiently executed.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations

· Maintain administrative workflow for the 4Rs - Rehabilitation, Re-Integration, Respite, Return-to-Work and related Transportation processes through administrative support including coordinating and booking client appointments and transport arrangements, and collection of payment for services.

· Resolve administrative issues by identifying and analyzing information and communicating suggested solutions.

· Maintain rapport with clients and family caregivers, providing excellent client experiences.

· Maintain transportation records for reporting, review of utilisation of vehicles including driver logs, number of transport trips, number of transport clients, overtime, and fuel consumption.

· Gather regular feedback from transport clients on services provided.

· Identify, establish, and maintain relationships and links with external agencies to generate clients for private hire where appropriate e.g. Nursing Homes, Hospitals, VWOs, Hotels.

The HR & Admin Executive plays a key role in supporting the Finance & Admin Manager in the full spectrum of Talent Management, Corporate Governance, Administration and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

• Support in the development, implementation, enhancement, and compliance of HR policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, staff movement, learning & development, career development
