We are a well-established and fast-growing maid agency in Singapore looking for driven Senior Sales Consultants to join our team. We provide excellent services to our customers and to provide their household with suitable helpers for their households. We are well-reputed in the industry to our clients since 2003 and we aim to continue to do so.

You have ONE main responsibility - Achieve your monthly sales targets. And we will be there as a team to assist you to achieve it.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries on requirements and hiring of MDWs (Migrant Domestic Workers)
• Conduct Interviews with potential MDWs from overseas training centres.
• Shortlist suitable MDWs for customer selections
• Schedule and arrange interviews for customers.
• Handle phone and email enquiries from customers
• Handle after sales services issues for customers and MDWs

Requirements:

• Have the drive and hunger to succeed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), able to use the computer or willing to learn.
• Knowledge of online applications would be useful (Email, Google Drive, Whatsapp Web etc)
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• CEI certification is required
• Prior experience in a maid agency or related industry is required
