Responsibilities:
Oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the machinery service and maintenance service, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
Manage a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize company asset uptime and minimize downtime.
Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer sites or internal workshops.
Maintain accurate records of service and maintenance activities, including work orders, parts usage, and labor costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
Identifying leads and market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the process equipment industry.
Strong understanding of process machinery, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel engines.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
