Job Summary:
As a Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operation of educational projects and e-learning platforms, managing LMS administration, supporting relevant software and hardware, and contributing to educational and creative objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Administration of Learning Management System, including tech support for learners, user management, course deployment, integrate contents (videos, activities, and interactive elements) into LMS.
· Provide first-level Tech and Admin support to staff and students, addressing issues related to hardware, software (e.g., EdTech Tools tech support & administration), and network connectivity for classes and daily operations.
· Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems, and develop documentation and user guides for systems, Website, LMS and other software.
Qualifications:
· Minimum qualification: Diploma from the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) or higher in Information Technology (or related field).
· Ability to manage multiple platforms and applications.
· Experience in Learning Management Systems, animation software and other educational software (e.g., EdTech tools).
· Good hands-on, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
· Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
