Job Description
1. Lead the Customer Service Department on daily operational matters.
2. Lead & assist front counter walk in enquires & registration.
3. Lead & assist online and phone in registrations.
3. Any other administrative duties within the customer service department.
Job Requirements
1. At least Degree & above.
2. At least 10 years of customer service or front line service work experience.
3. Microsoft NAV Navision work experience is an added advantage.
4. 5 days work week including weekends (2 weekdays off).
5. Work Location will be located at one of the locations: 1) Hillview Terrace, 2)Tuas, 3) Macpherson or 4) Woodlands.
