We are actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and attract new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Utilize various tools and platforms to generate and qualify sales leads.

Relationship Building:

• Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients and partners.
• Engage with industry stakeholders through networking events, conferences, and social media.
• Collaborate with the Partnership team to explore and develop strategic alliances.

Sales and Negotiations:

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Lead negotiations with clients to secure favourable terms and close deals.
• Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

Marketing Collaboration:

• Partner with the Marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
• Provide insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies based on market and client data.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute business development plans to achieve company goals.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data and financial reports.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Team player who can collaborate effectively across departments.
• Experience in handling clients in the ASIA region is a plus factor for candidates.
