As a Workday Integrations consultant, you will join the Integration workstream responsible for delivering end to end around 60 integrations for a Phase 1 Workday implementation. Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on client requirements.
• Lead and manage end to end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality solutions.

Key Qualifications :

· Design system and database architecture considering performance, high availability, scalability and security.

· Setup Oracle Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) with Hardware Security Module (HSM).

· Setup Oracle RAC, Standby DB, and Disaster Recovery.

· Setup Oracle Database Backup and Recovery using RMAN, Data Pump.

· Perform database optimization and support developers in SQL, PL/SQL performance tuning.

· Monitoring activities included verifying database operational status including tablespaces, alert logs.

Risk, Regulation & Compliance (RR&C) professionals transform the risk and compliance management function from a series of isolated transactions to one of strategic scope and importance, encompassing all aspects of the entity, including investment, financing and operating decisions.

Engagement Management

• Manage project work or selected work streams in RR&C service line
• Supervise a project team in all components of strategy and governance, process excellence and integration, regulatory reform, performance insights and execution
• Assist clients throughout the full lifecycle of project implementation, integration business process redesign, communication and training, etc

Professional Skill Requirements

• Experience within a consulting (preferred) and banking firm is essential.
• Between 3 to 10 years of relevant work experience in any of the areas below:
• Regulatory change management focused on implementation of new regulatory requirements from local/global regulatory bodies and/or remediation of regulatory gaps. Experience in managing regulatory engagement will be a plus
• Client Lifecycle Management, inclusive of Know-Your-Client (KYC) onboarding, risk rating, ongoing account reviews, Transaction Monitoring. Familiarity with FATF, MAS 626, sanctions, and other applicable laws and regulations.
• Experience as an ex-regulator and/or experience liaising with the regulators on matters arising from AML/CFT, KYC, fraud, data privacy, conduct and technology risks.

• Must have experience and deep knowledge in SAP QM - eWM and PP Integrations
• Implement latest technologies on S4Hana and QM with Other modules Integration (SAP PP, MM, eWM, PM) + QM Interfaces such as QMS, LIMS systems
• Candidate should know QM objects Data migration. Showcase experience in building new QM Data migration extract and upload programs if required
• Must have done Gap analysis, Function specifications, Unit and Integration testing, and project-relevant documentation
• Candidate must be aware of SAP standard practices for SAP QM along with industry solutions
