- Achieve sales targets while following company rules and ethical standards.
- Determine opportunities in tenders to expand the client base.
- Reach out to potential clients in commercial and industrial sectors.
- Lead tender processes, making sure to meet all requirements and deadlines.
- Develop clear value propositions that meet client needs.
- Negotiate terms for tenders and business proposals.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address concerns.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and business opportunities.
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external partners.
- Review project expenses with operations teams regularly to maintain within budget.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
- At least 5 - 8 years of corporate sales experience within facilities management/ construction-related industry
- Prior experience or proven record in securing significant projects will be an added advantage
