Responsibilities
Take accountability for securing course funding, overseeing accreditations, and managing certification audits.
Ensure the maintenance of accurate, current records of training materials, curriculum, guidelines, and policies.
Coordinate and oversee the responsibilities of course coordinators and internal trainers.
Supervise operations personnel to guarantee the smooth and efficient functioning of training facilities and equipment.
Collect and analyze course feedback systematically.
Proactively suggest adjustments or updates to training materials and content based on feedback from both learners and trainers.
Monitor the performance of assistant trainers to uphold the quality of training delivery.
Requirements
A Diploma in any discipline
Minimum of 3 years of related experience
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent organizational and managerial skills
Familiarity with TPGateway and Skilleto platform are preferred
IT savy and proficient in MS office applications.
