Description
- Handle full spectrum of HR responsibilities.
- Handle payroll administration process, ensure accuracy and timely submission, handle enquiries related to payroll, year-end tax filing IR8A, IR21.
- Full talent acquisition cycle from sourcing, screening, offer, on/off-boarding and orientation planning.
- Work with hiring managers for hiring needs.
- Prepare employment contracts and work passes applications and renewals if necessary.
- Handle employee relations, employee engagement projects and initiatives
- Ensure smooth administration of employee benefits, insurance renewals and claims if any.
- Identify training needs, manage training calendar including registration and follow-up outcome/ feedback, application for training grants.
- Performance appraisal and processes.
- Prepare and update reports on headcount, turnover, recruitment organisational charts and employee profiles into system
Requirements
- Tertiary education in HR or other discipline (Degree/ Diploma)
- Hands-on experience in handling the full spectrum of HR duties, highly preferably in a mannufacturing setup
- Able to multi-task and handle a myriad of HR and office administration duties.
