Our client, a renowned developer , has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Lease Management Assistant Manager (Data Analytics).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc management reports for strategic planning.
- Provide data support during meetings and for ad-hoc requests.
- Assist in digital transformation and process improvement projects.
- Submit and analyze gross sales turnover, rental income, and occupancy cost reports.
- Conduct annual lease audits, manage arrears, and oversee tenant-related functions.
- Update system data, maintain the lease database, and track document status.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience with team management skills.
- Proficient in Tableau, MS Excel, and SAP; real estate experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
