Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vessel operations, track and update vessel movements regularly
• Support daily chartering tasks, including the negotiation and fixing of period chartered vessels
• Coordinate with shipowners and vessel masters to ensure smooth operations and optimize voyages
• Confirm the compatibility of loading and discharging ports
• Oversee loading and discharging operations, ensuring proper stowage planning
• Oversee P&L, calculate interim port charges, and assess demurrage for time charter operations
• Prepare and circulate Fixture Notes for relevant parties
• Maintain a strong understanding of market practices and charter party terms to manage cost exposures effectively

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in international trade, maritime, or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in vessel operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player and independent

• Regularly update and manage operational data in the system, supporting strategic analysis and reporting
• Ensure full compliance with the company’s operational, contractual, and credit risk policies
