Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating production schedules with customers, the line manager, and the production team to finalize delivery dates.
• Deliver high-quality scanned or printed documents that meet customer specifications.
• Prioritize tasks by considering technical requirements, workload, and delivery deadlines to optimize departmental productivity.
• Keep the line manager informed about the overall workload and the progress of key tasks.
• Perform mail delivery to designated locations on assigned floors when print or scanning operators are unavailable.
• Engage in cross-training to enhance skills and minimize job redundancies.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer requests and inquiries, addressing demands proactively when possible.
• Maintain daily logs for printing, mailing, and courier activities to reconcile tasks and ensure accurate updates via email or Excel on the client system.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and promote available services.
• Support the Document Services Manager/Team Leader in implementing service improvements and developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum N-Level or ITE qualification with at least 1 year of experience in a Document Services environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain advice and address potential issues clearly.
• A customer-focused approach and a responsible, professional attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Finance Administrator (4 - 5 month role)

Working Location: South, Accessible from Tanjong Pagar MRT

Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm (5 days work week)

Job Description:

1. Support in Profit Management Activities

- Gather, Consolidate & Monitor Profit (including preparing & maintaining tracking sheets)

- Review department submission and clarify variance with department

- Perform forecast, variance analysis and monitor monthly Profit movement

- Assist in the preparation of Annual & Mid-Long Term Profit Plan Preparation activities

- Assist in management reporting activities and other adhoc Profit related tasks

2. Support in Budget Control Activities

- Perform & manage SAP system budget control process including budget transfer
