• Directly responsible for growth through supporting potential clients in selecting a Caregiver which is in line with their medical and social needs, and guiding them through all contractual requirements.

• Pro-actively perform all necessary compliance tasks & paperwork to ensure that contracts are closed professionally.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development capacity.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing or equivalent or experience in the ILTC sector would be a good to have but is not necessary. We are open to any profiles who are service-oriented and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• 5-days work week. Some Saturdays required.
• Good command of English when communicating with Clients (Written & verbal).
• Able to work independently.
• CEI-certified would be good to have but not necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Administration of onboarding of clients to service.
• Scheduling of staff to clients based on needs and requests.
• Handling client inquiries about the service.
• Invoicing, tracking and ensuring prompt payment of service.
• Assist in handling client complaints.
• Home Care attendance, invoice, subsidy tracking (Household Means-Testing, Senior Mobility Fund, Medifund, etc.)
• Ensure efficient documentation and systematic filing of client information.
• Will report to the Home Care Manager.
• Work closely with Nursing Manager to ensure that the right care staff is assigned to the right client.
• Any other assigned adhoc tasks assigned by management team.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level.
• 5-Days work week. (Alternate Saturdays work.)
• Possess a pleasant personality and ability to provide high standard of customer service.
• Relevant experience in customer service will be advantageous.
• Ability to multitask and strong problem-solving skills.

Description:

• Reports directly to the CEO.

• Handles onboarding, orientation, handling welfare matters of staff to the organisation.

• Assist in handling other HR duties when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any fields are welcome.
• Preferably minimum 3 years in an operational management or operational HR role
• Experience working in Healthcare or in Service Industry would be advantageous.

Job Description

1. Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing to the management.
2. Responsible for various accounting tasks (i.e. AR & AP process, GL reconciliation etc)
3. Prepare quarterly GST reports.
4. Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and tax agent.
5. Review employees’ expenses claims and prepare monthly payroll reports.
6. Prepare and reconcile quarterly subvention claims with MOH.
7. Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned.
