工作地点: Bedok,Serangoon and Orchard
• Responsible for the supervision, coaching, on-boarding and monitoring performance of service crew
• In charge of service staff work roster and planning across outlets
• Enforce standard operating procedures
• Manage the cafes to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety and cleanliness
• Handle all outlet administrative duties and submit all necessary records and paperwork to senior management on time
• Motivates and directs team members to do what it takes to exceed customer expectations with fast and friendly service and maintain morale amongst the staff in outlets
• Conduct weekly inventory stock check
• Proficient in daily operation tasks
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays
Driven and passionate about work and a team player
• Relevant working experience in similar roles in the F&B industry
• Strong leadership quality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-tasks and work under
pressure
• Work on sales targets and aim to achieve company's KPI
