ADMINISTRATION

To assists HR Manager on plans, organizes and controls the internal administration of an organization and participates in formulating the administrative policies of the organization. Devises procedures for ensuring the adequacy of information and communication channels within the company and initiates studies of the organization, including work methods. May ensure that the legal and statutory requirements of the company are met and furnishes statements on these subjects as required. Negotiates and deals with suppliers/vendors of business services such as office equipment and insurance, etc.

Job description

1. Present and promote our products/services to prospective clients.

Travel Requirements: The job requires traveling island-wide, so you must be willing to commute to different locations.

2. Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address their inquiries and concerns.

Ensure client satisfaction and provide exceptional after-sales support.

3. Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software and IT support engineers, to drive sales initiatives and improve product offerings.

Qualifications:

· Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Job Description

• Retrieve and process sales orders twice a day from e-commerce store back end and liaise with third party logistics vendors for deliveries
• End to end inventory and logistics oversight
• Report weekly inventory for stocks
• Assist commercial team with the development of internal sales processes including: receipt and verification of sales, order fulfilment, responding to enquiries, post-sales support
• Support of all Finance and Sales team administration work as assigned, including but not limited to sales order posting, internal and external audits, stock take, etc.
