Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior HR Consultant to lead initiatives in organizational design, HR digitalization, and talent management for our clients. This role is ideal for an HR expert with experience in both consulting and corporate environments, who can bring data-driven insights, strong business acumen, and a hands-on approach to HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizational Design & Restructuring: Collaborate with clients to create efficient and scalable organizational structures, with a focus on role clarity, functional integration, and operational efficiency.
• HR Consulting & Strategy: Provide advisory services in HR strategy, including talent management, performance management, and compensation alignment, to ensure HR practices are aligned with business goals.
• Psychometric Assessments: Use psychometric tools, such as MBTI and Hogan, to support talent acquisition, leadership development, and team dynamics, leveraging insights for impactful HR solutions.
• Digital HR Transformation: Lead HR digitalization projects, from platform selection to implementation, to streamline HR operations and improve employee experience.
• Talent Development: Develop succession plans, identify critical roles, and implement key talent initiatives, using a consultative approach to support client growth and strategic needs.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and addressing client needs in alignment with Ad Astra’s consulting philosophy.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: 8+ years in HR leadership roles, including consulting and HR business partnering, with a proven track record in organizational design and transformation.

Experience Required

• 3-5 years of related experience
• Experience and deep knowledge in Sales Excellence, Business Planning, Sales Operations, and/or Finance
• Executive exposure and cross-functional stakeholder management
• Focus on providing process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome
• Deliver end-to-end deep data analysis and actionable strategic insights
• History of driving rigour and sales discipline
• Innovate to deliver standards which enable speed, efficiency and scale in the business
• Proven communication and collaboration skills
• Should have excellent experience in MS Excel (vLookup, Pivot Tables)

Experience Preferred

• Familiar with financials, pipeline, scorecarding, and other internal measurement tools

Education

• Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) required and/or experience in relevant fields, e.g., business, marketing, information technology, operations, and finance.

What you'll do:

• Develop and oversee the verification plan in collaboration with design and concept engineering teams.
• Implement or modify SoC test cases as per the plan.
• Perform RTL and gate-level simulations, ensuring functional and code coverage closure.
• Ensure the quality of the test suite using tools such as Certitude.
• Debug test failures in RTL and gate-level simulations.
• Track issues and bugs, working with concept and design engineering to resolve them.
• Conduct RTL design using VHDL (Very High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language).

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in design and verification
• Experience with Formal Verification and Formal Equivalence Check is essential.
• Proficiency in Python programming is required.
