The Job

• Support new account maintenance and simple FF deals
• Work closely with the Fulfillment team and assist in the setting up clients on the bank’s Cash Pro system
• Assist in the tracking and monitoring of ageing deals
• Support IAs with key client on boarding and RFPs
• Learn and understand the bank’s cash management solutions and offerings
• Support migration projects related to mandate updates and outreach for expiring client IDs for Fulfillment team

The Talent

• Minimally 1 year of banking experience
• Able to work under pressure & challenges
• Good application software skills: Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of Excel Macros/ Power BI/SQL/Tableau
• Excellent presentation, communication and team work skills.

Join our premium German skincare brand as a Full-Time Skincare Promoter. You will engage with customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service and educating customers on skincare routines.

Location: Takashimaya
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM ⏰
Work Week: 5 days (weekends required; Monday and one weekday off)

The Opportunity

• It is an opportunity for an experienced AVP, Business Financial Crime Risk (BFCR) to join their team
• This will start off as a 12 months contract

The Job

• Prepare and perform various FCRM MI reporting (locally and region/global)
• Prepare updates for the materials used in the monthly local Risk Forum
• Perform activities relating to FCRM manual controls (eg. weekly checks for unauthorized account restrictions uplifts; accounts opened without proper going through the required CDD controls)
• Support preparation activities for upcoming audits in the FCRM space
• Other FCRM control activities may be assigned

The Talent

• Minimally 1 year of relevant experience in Financial Crime Risk Management, specifically in CDD, AML, Sanctions, and Screening.
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and financial crime policies.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong in Excel - Pivot table, vlook up
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
