The Role:

Project Management

• Oversee and coordinate all project deliverables, ensuring timelines, objectives, and briefs are met.
• Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and deadlines.
• Support project delivery and administration, including event preparation, stakeholder coordination, tracking, and engagement.

Content Development & Delivery

• Create clear, engaging communication materials (e.g., EDMs, newsletters, memos) to drive awareness and engagement.
• Align content with messaging goals and enhance clarity through complementary designs.
• Ensure adherence to the company's branding guidelines in internal communication designs.
• Manage and update the company's internal SharePoint platforms, including relevant team or community sites.

Procurement Support

• Assist in procurement activities, including seeking and comparing quotations per guidelines.
• Support the purchase of event prizes (e.g. vouchers).

Administrative Tasks

• Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for data initiatives.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Design Experience

• 2+ years creating effective communication materials (e.g., EDMs, newsletters, memos).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and similar tools.
• Portfolio with 5+ work samples showcasing design and engagement projects.

Project Management

• 1+ year coordinating stakeholders and managing timelines.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable steps.
• 1+ year drafting presentation decks and communication materials.

Details:

• Working location: Outram Park
• Work arrangement: Hybrid of WFH & WIO
• Working days/ hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Contractual period: 6 months, followed by 1 year renewal
• Start date: End January 2025

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering a leading bank to look for a Program Manager
• Location: CBD
• 6 months maternity cover contract

Responsibilities:

• Program management/PMO - planning, scheduling, tracking, follow up on initiatives and timelines, lead and run small-scale initiatives, plan and set up meeting with stakeholders, develop minutes / post-meeting reports (opportunity to use GenAi co-pilot to accelerate minute writing)
• Preparation of reports and PowerPoint decks for meetings with senior stakeholders and external parties as needed
• Support Group Operations GA programme - event management, comms and creative content development, liaison with stakeholders and vendors
• Support engagement of SPS team - develop monthly meeting decks, plan and organize engagement events and activities for team bonding

Expectations:

• Positive attitude, energetic, driven and resourceful
• Savvy in Microsoft Powerpoint and excel, have good presentation skills
• Strong project management, organisation, and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task, resourceful and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• 5-8 years of PMO experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills, detail oriented , strong communication skills
