Job Description:

• Configure products and services for digital offerings.
• Set up promotions for available products and services.
• Manage website content as a webmaster using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Configure and maintain content, products, and services on digital platforms.
• Support weekly operational tasks to enable business functions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (designers, user experience specialists, marketing, etc.) to meet business requirements.
• Create and manage microsites for campaigns.
• Document key processes and provide training to stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Entry-level graduates in Digital Media, Multimedia, or IT are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of effective experience design principles.
• Knowledge of SEO, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience with tools such as Adobe Experience Manager or UI Path is a plus.
