The Opportunity:

- Permanent Role | Basic up to $6000 + Bonus
- Location: Tampines
- 2 Shifts (8am to 5pm/11am to 8pm) | 4 weekdays + 1 Saturday
Our client is prominent bank in Asia that has regional presence across the globe. You will be part of the strategic banking operation team, providing customer service for the businesses to ensure the processes are cost efficiency, productivty and in compliance to the banking policy.
The job:
- Monitoring and promptly responding to incoming calls/emails/social media platform
- Performing service recovery
- Analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements
- Providing management support to customer service officers by reviewing and resolving transactions
- Conducting coaching sessions and on-the-job training
The talent:
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline
- 3 to 5 years of banking contact centre experience
- Candidates with strong relevant years of experience can be considered for senior position
- Experienced in handling corporate clients will be an advantage
