They provides cutting-edge medical and safety technology, offering solutions for healthcare, industrial safety, and workplace infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and protection across diverse environments.
They are looking for an Assistant Facility Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate for this role should have the experience in medical or workplace infrastructure, adept at equipment installation, maintenance, customer service, service contract management, and safety. The Job
- Install and provide basic technical training on Workplace Infrastructure (WPI) products, including Medical Pendants, Lights, and Gas Management solutions.
- Conduct warranty services, corrective repairs, and maintenance visits, ensuring equipment stays functional and up-to-date via factory Technical Service Bulletins.
- Support sales and marketing activities, such as congresses, exhibitions, demos, and workshops, to enhance service reach.
- Escalate quality issues, market dynamics, and field-related concerns to the Service Management team for resolution.
- Monitor and complete monthly maintenance tasks, ensuring timely submission of documentation and adherence to SOPP for data hygiene and hours tracking.
- Develop and implement service contracts, striving to meet revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and workplace safety compliance.
The Talent
- Minimum qualification: ITE in Engineering/Electronics or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of technical experience, preferably in after-sales support for medical or Workplace Infrastructure products.
- Expertise in handling Pendants, Surgical Lights, Medical Gas, or Industrial Refrigeration systems, including hospital compressors or related equipment.
- Class 3 driving license is preferred.
- Proficient in customer service skills, Microsoft Office, and IT-related networking skills.
- Strong ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
