Job Description

• Operational Support:
• Provide Tier 1 on-call support for Supply Chain tooling bugs to triage and troubleshoot.
• Escalate Tier 2 issues to engineering and other teams for resolution.
• Monitor dashboards to extract data, and report on tooling health.
• Proactively flag risks and trending issues to the core team.
• Create and maintain tooling manuals (workflows, tagging, setup requirements, and troubleshooting guide).
• Update tooling configuration to support operations.
• Process Improvement Support:
• Front business team for enhancement requirements - understand business problems, validate impact metrics, and propose for prioritization.
• Value streaming as a process, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions for simple problems.
• Monitor and report status of enhancement implementation.
• Self manage on project deliverables to coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), debugging, and provide status updates.
• Create and maintain process/training documentation
• Assist with global process/tooling rollout.
