Key Responsibilities:
Interview loan applicants to gather financial information.
Explain loan terms and conditions, and answer any questions from applicants.
Guide customers through the application process, ensuring they understand the requirements and steps involved.
Conduct background checks and assess credit reports to ensure the reliability of the applicant.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to foster trust and business growth.
Schedule appointments with clients to facilitate payments.
Make follow-up calls with customers to explore better business opportunities.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Working hours:
Monday to Friday (10:30am - 7:30pm)
Saturday (10:30am - 4:30pm)
Skills and Qualifications:
Min GCE “O” level certificate
Proficiency in English and Chinese (verbal and written)
