Roles & Responsibilities:

- Define User requirement specifications (Voice of customer)

- Design and create electronic batch Records (EBR) with respect for quality, costs and deadlines

- Recipe creation in production IT systems

- Participate in the qualification and risk assessment processes

- Propose and technically validate the choice of solutions proposed by the IT teams and Automation in collaboration with the Quality team

- Participate to the deployment of MES across the manufacturing units, runs performance qualification and validation batches (commissioning of the line) with the manufacturing units

- Responsible for the manufacturing documentation update following the implementation of electronic batch files

- Provide training for MES users in partnership with the training team

- Ensure follow-up and processing of deviations and Change Control in compliance with deadlines and applicable regulations

- Real time shop floor troubleshooting with the implementation of appropriate immediate corrective actions

- Ensure the transfer of information to production teams following issues or modifications having a technical, quality or HSE impact

- Responsible for MES / MIS technical knowledge transfer to the shop floor

- Ensure the preparation of audits and inspections for related topics

- Collaborate with process experts in the context of deviations related to MES / MIS and continuous process improvement

- Participate to change management in close collaboration with change champion and P&O partner

- Ensure the application of local rules, procedures and policies for the site setup

Requirements:

- 4-6 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry.

- Exposure to Life Science manufacturing business process mapping and recipe authoring Subject matter expert for MES production IT systems

- Experience in User Requirement gathering, Recipe design, OSI-PI, interface with SAP and Trackwise

- Experience with OSI PI system

- Understanding of Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical process

- Understanding of L2 interfaces and integration with MES

- Familiarity with SDLC and quality management processes in the pharma

- Able to support and troubleshoot as Level 1 support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Data Analyst will lead and perform complex analysis in an evolving data environment for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and engineering Division. In addition to very strong technical skills, this position requires superb business process analysis and interpersonal skills. The ability to extract and analyse impact of the annotated data to train the deep learning algorithm. To spot out the patterns, and related trends is needed, with the subsequent ability to synthesize the data into understandable metrics for non-technical users that be used for day to day decision making.

- Identify the opportunities in Pharma Manufacturing Engineering Division for Data based decision making and workflow improvements

- Complete projects that require Data Mining, Analysis, and Presentation.

- Focus on Solutions, Dive into Projects, quickly identify Drivers in Data.

- Identify relevant Trends, conduct follow-up Analysis & prepare Visualizations.

- Develop Dashboards to track remediation of issues.

- While the focus of this role is the extraction and interpretation of data, it also requires the capacity to identify, explore, interpret and present key trends, ideas and concepts.

Requirements:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Math, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is required. Candidates with a Masters’ degree will be preferred.

- 4 years’ Working Experience with tools like Power BI (essential), Tableau, and Excel, SharePoint Workflow Development, Power Apps and 2 years of experience with Pharma industry.

- Proficiency in SQL and Database management.

- Effective Communication and Project Management skills are important.

- The ideal candidates should have experience working in a business/data analysis role in the Pharma or related manufacturing business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, development and commissioning support of Pharmaceuticals DCS and PLC systems on site. Key technology will be Emerson DeltaV, Siemens and Rockwell.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Automation solutions in line with S88 standards for the plant.
• Work with automation team to design system architecture, Design Specification, Control Strategies, and library development.
• Support manufacturing operations for day today support for Automation systems.
• Support on NC and CAPA and identification of root causes
• Continuous improvement of the system and support for Operations.
• Field commissioning of automation equipment’s.
• System administration and maintenance support.
• Computer system Validation and documentation support for automation systems.
• Interact with Operations Team, Process Team, Equipment Vendors and Technology providers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry, with projects or operations.
• Experience in the Designing and commissioning of DeltaV, Siemens or Rockwell system project for GMP manufacturing site.
• Understanding of Batch S88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc)
• Understanding of Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical process
• Understanding of automation hardware and networking technologies
• Familiarity with SDLC and quality management processes in the pharma
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Able to manage multiple party coordination for automation information.
