• Manage team of production operators in the line
• Understand the origin and destination of Company's products and goods
• Fulfill the output quantity for daily shipment
• Schedule and create production output plan and shipment plan
• Ensure products follow customers' quality specifications
• Training of production operators and making sure production team follow instructions
• Maintaining motivation and discipline within the team
• Communicate effectively with operators

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least GCE "O" Level.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in manufacturing is required for this position.
• Good in management, lean manufacturing and quality first concept.
• Willing to be hands-on
• Willing to assume leadership and responsibility in meeting shipment deadlines
• Willing to work on alternate Saturdays.
• Bilingual candidates have greater advantage
