Oversee all activities and communications regarding outgoing and incoming shipments for all projects to ensure accuracy and timely preparation of necessary documentation.
Ensure standard procedures, administrative and legal formalities, terms, and conditions are followed and completed when third parties are hired for projects.
Communicate shipment timelines internally to make sure other functions can plan properly and meet the deadlines.
Work with the Sales Team to assist them with freight estimation for quotation purposes.
Determine and analyze budget for logistics needed to fulfill the project's requirements.
Coordinate with the Finance Department to obtain necessary approval for budget and satisfy required documentation.

Ensure equipment is received as scheduled by continual follow-up and communication with freight forwarders, and resolve any issues as and when required.
