Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Solar PV & EV Charging.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and address technical queries.
- Prepare sales proposal and presentation to meet client’s requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams on site for successful installations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- To undertake task professionally that it will best represent the interest of the company.
- To protect and manage company fixed assets that generates revenue.
- Perform any other reasonable duties and task assigned by company as and when required during the course of work.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering and above
- Experience in the solar or EV charger industry preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Good negotiation skills to close sales.
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Adaptable and willing to learn.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
