We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chinese Chef to work as a private chef at a private residence. This role is for a 15-day period, where you will prepare and serve high-quality, authentic Chinese dishes for the household. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Chinese culinary techniques and be comfortable working independently in a private setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare daily meals, focusing on authentic Chinese dishes that align with dietary preferences and high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
• Source fresh ingredients and ensure high-quality produce is used in all dishes.
• Handle meal service from preparation to plating, ensuring timely and high-standard presentations.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Communicate with household staff as needed to ensure smooth meal service.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chinese Chef, ideally in a private chef or similar role.
• Mastery of Chinese cuisine and familiarity with traditional and modern Chinese cooking techniques.
• High attention to detail, presentation, and flavor.
• Ability to work discreetly and professionally in a private residence.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise household staff (e.g., helpers, chef, drivers), ensuring they perform their roles to a high standard and providing necessary training and guidance.
• Ensure high standards in the daily operations of the household, including cleanliness, maintenance, decor, and security.
• Manage household guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
• Handle household administrative tasks, such as organizing documents, scheduling, and maintaining an efficient household office.
• Oversee household budgets and negotiate with suppliers to procure necessary household items and services.
• Plan and organize household events, ensuring that necessary supplies are procured and logistics are managed.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing household operations, especially for landed properties, and in overseeing household staff in an executive's residence.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise household staff.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset, with the ability to liaise comfortably with staff and vendors.
• Experience managing the residence of a CEO or similar executive, including direct oversight of household staff.
• Ability to adapt to various household demands, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and handle sensitive matters professionally.
• Experience in negotiation and management for household services and procurement.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking staff is preferred.

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge or experience in child care and educational activities is an advantage.
