Responsibilities:

• Handle the warehouse on stock fulfilment and inventory related issues.
• Keeping track of all incoming and out-going stocks.
• Picking & Packing the right PC hardware for delivery.
• Ensure PC components are drawn for assembly of international orders from regional customers.
• Arrange shipment and delivery.
• Update International teams on order progress and status.
• Track and ensure timelines on orders are met.
• Able to carry heavy loads, when required.
• Work closely with our logistics team as a team player.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her immediate superior and/or manager.

Requirements:

• Entry level or Nitec or Polytechnic
• Organized Individual who is also a team player.
• Familiar with PC components. Passion for custom PCs.
• Experience in shipping and logistics a plus.
• Training will be provided.

Working hours: 5-days work week (4 weekdays + 1 Saturday, From 11am-8pm

The RMA Inventory Specialist is responsible for processing, verifying, and performing basic troubleshooting as required for incoming RMA from Customer.

Job Responsibilities

-In charge of RMA (Return Material Authorization) to manufacturer for faulty peripherals.
-Liaising with manufacturer and handle daily routine operations on RMA (Return Material Authorization).
-Perform Customer Returns (RMA) testing, recording and provide disposition.
-Review and expedite with vendor on shortage product.
-Coordinate with supply chain planning and suppliers to meet production schedule.
-Inventory management review
-Liaise with logistics company for shipment arrangement, shipment status and custom declaration.
-Data entry and Collate data for analysis and reporting.
-Loan of portable devices and accessory to customer

Requirements

-Familiar with PC components. Passion for custom PCs will be an added advantage.
-Organized, Meticulous and Detailed-oriented.
-Ability to communicate issues and root cause information to the team, be detail‑orientated and well‑organized, and have a very strong commitment.
-Works independently and can interact with cross functional teams well.
-Entry level candidates welcome, training will be provided

Ensure guests’ requests and queries are attended to promptly, politely, and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day front desk reception duties which includes handling the Service Desk at Aftershock PC.
• Daily tasks include answering inquiries, taking in devices (laptop, desktops) for servicing.
• Ensure that customers’ forms are fill up and key into the system.
• Arranging for delivery during off-peak hours/ non-peak hours.
• Manage customer expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Able to carry a heavy load (Such as Desktop) when required.
  

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Receptionist or Customer Service Officer will be preferred.
• Training will be provided.
• Professional and pleasant disposition.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
