Responsibilities:
- Process sales inquiries, quotation and execute sales order entries
- Provide support to customers on orders, feedback & complaints
- Work closely with Planning/Internal team to ensure customer's delivery requirements are provided and followed through
- Work with production team for customer's ad hoc special requirements and any issues related to shipment
- Maintain field inventory
- Maintains Customers' profile/price file
- Work closely with internal team to review on new material/Purchasing specification requirements
- Follow-up on status of material rejects and returns
- Follow-up on advance payments and overdue invoices
- Communicate and maintain excellent relationship with customers
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and any basic ad hoc reports
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by Management from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Relevant experiences an added advantage
- Bilingual with proficiency in Chinese-language ( to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers)
- Knowledge of Oracle is an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Work accuracy is essential
- Customer orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Analytical and systematic person who like technical challenges, enjoy team work and able to work independently
