Stakeholder Management
- Establish strong working relationships with AIC Divisions and external partners across government agencies, healthcare and social services sectors and ensure alignment with the overarching SGO stakeholder engagement and network development strategies
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans, such as the organization of regular Cluster-level networking platforms to build mindshare, gain awareness of ongoing developments within the landscape, facilitate collaborations and share best practices
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders such as the Regional Health Systems (RHS), Communities of Care (CoC) and Active Ageing Centres (AACs) to co-create a local community support network for seniors and address their needs in areas such as active ageing, preventive health and other population health initiatives
- Monitor the progress of cross-agency collaborations within the Cluster and develop insights across projects to identify key issues, system gaps and synergies to be achieved
Change Management
- Serve as liaison and point of contact for HQ departments for the dissemination and implementation of organizational change initiatives at the Cluster level
- Evaluate the change impact and organizational readiness of the Cluster and support HQ departments in addressing concerns raised from the Cluster
- Regular review with Satellite Offices (SOs) to identify and address ground concerns and facilitate a smooth change management in accordance with the transition timelines
- Support the development and dissemination of communications messages to the SOs, in support of the change initiatives
Job Requirements
- A degree or equivalent in any field, from a recognised University
- Minimally 3-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in similar capacity
- Passionate in networking and dealing with multiple partners and stakeholders, with good interpersonal skills
- Able to perform secretariat roles including organising meetings, networking sessions, collate reports and monitoring progress of outstanding issues
- Familiarity with community and healthcare partners and stakeholders would be an advantage
- Good communication and writing skills
