Responsibilities - Accounting Work:

• Handle full set of accounts and prepare financial statements for audit purposes.

• Responsible for verifying invoices and processing vendor payments

• Responsible for billing customers and monitoring accounts receivable

• Prepare journals and monthly reconciliation schedules

• Prepare bank reconciliation statements

• Record and maintain fixed asset register

• Assist the Director daily tasks and follow-up closely

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification

• 2-4 years relevant accounting work experience in finance, accounting or private equity industry.

• Ability to work independently and deal with multi-tasks scenario.

• Fast paced and dynamic working enviroment.

• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have practical working experience with accounting software systems (Xero)

• Ability to work with large amount of data including synthesizing and analysis

• Experience with visualisation, database and analytical tools (optional)

Responsibilities

Perform corporate secretarial and administrative work

Assist in incorporation and administration work

Assist in filing with ACRA ,share transfer with IRAS and KYC checks

Ensure timely compliance with relevant statutory compliance, maintenance of registers and statutory records

Assist in preparing board resolutions, documents and take minutes of meetings

Perform data entry and updating into corporate secretarial software

Maintain proper records of clients’ KYC/CDD compliance

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, business admin

Min. 2 years corporate secretarial experience with business consultancy/law firms

Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook

Good command of English

9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)

Performs day-to-day broad range of HR activities including proper filing of documents Assisting with the process of recruitment such as, screening candidates, assist with scheduling interview, and issuing employment contracts Handle benefits and claims administration Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records Generates and maintain regular HR reports as required Handle any other ad-hoc duties as and when required Requirements: Minimum Diploma holder Minimum 1-year of relevant experience in HR administration.
