Responsible for changing AIA’s analytics landscape by delivering best-in-class advanced data science solutions to drive business growth, improve efficiencies and reduce costs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Design, implement and evaluate advanced statistical and machine learning models and approaches for application to various business problem statements.

· Communicate findings from analytical modelling results to relevant stakeholders that will give insights to improve decision making and drive business performance.

· Implement machine learning models into production systems through proper MLOps practices and collaborating with relevant stakeholders.

· Develop processes and tools to monitor & analyse model performance, incorporate Responsible & Explainable AI for both traditional and Generative AI and implement improvements as needed.

· Provide support in building the foundation of technical analytics capabilities within Enterprise Analytics department, including sharing of best practices for coding, modelling, and analysis within the team.

· Drive analytics innovation by keeping abreast of industry’s trends, evaluating, and adapting new and improved data science approaches for the business.

· Develop in depth understanding of the business and be able to advise the business on the technical solutioning by participating in business discussions and presentations as applicable.

Minimum Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree ideally in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math); graduate degree in Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Data Science, or another related quantitative field is preferred.

· Approximately 4-6 years of relevant hands-on experience in analytics/data science.

· Experience in Python for data analysis, visualization, and insight generation.

· Experience handling large datasets using advanced SQL/Spark based Big-Data technologies. Knowledge of Databricks is a plus.

· Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau), Excel, PowerPoint.

· Knowledge of advanced statistical inferencing concepts (Distributions, Regressions, Hypothesis Testing, ANOVA, PCA, Factor Analysis, Feature Selection etc.) and experience with their appropriate applications.

· Knowledge of a variety of machine learning methods (GLMs, Clustering, Decision Trees, Ensemble Models, Time Series etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.

· Experience in maintaining Machine Learning production systems and MLOps.

· Understanding and experience in implementation of LLM based RAG applications will be a plus.

Job Description:

• Develop and embed market conduct risk framework
• Review and approve client facing and non-client facing Marketing Materials
• Partner with first line stakeholders to deliver compliance and ethics training and awareness activities
• Carry out investigation on customer complaints and misconduct allegation against FSCs in an independent, effective and prompt manner in order to reduce customer dis-satisfaction and facilitates service recovery, thereby enhancing customer’s experience.
• Participate and be involved in team initiatives/projects to enhance the market conduct framework
• Carry out adhoc tasks and projects assigned by HOD or supervisor.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience with Investigations or other Compliance functions
• Insurance background is preferred

Bridge the gap between data and customer engagement by integrating insights from all touchpoint’s interactions. Develop strategies and recommendations through insightful data analytics for improvement of process and for better projection to drive business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of servicing touchpoints interactions and service requests from various source systems to identify trends, patterns, meaningful insights and findings that would help improve performance.
• Use of data analysis to accurately forecast volume and identify resource requirement, optimizing workforce management strategies.
• Employ data storytelling to weave business performance narratives and work with key business owners to identify opportunities or close gaps
• Validate the data points in the data warehouse in ensuring data integrity.
• Develop, automate and streamline management reporting to monitor key business metrics

Requirements:

• University Degree with at least 8 years of experience in FI or insurance industry, managing inhouse / outsourced contact centre is preferred.

In this role, you will uphold the responsibilities in Complaint Management and deliver Fair Dealing Outcome in resolving customers’ complaints in an independent, effective and prompt manner. You will also develop and implement customer centric strategies and framework to deliver consistent high standard and quality service to our customers and business partners.

Responsiblities:

• Handle end-to-end process of complaints escalated by both internal and external parties with adherence to service delivery standards.
• Able to conduct and conclude investigation with the relevant departments and communicate investigation findings and outcome to complainants
• Effectively manage interactions with demanding or difficult complainants.
• Handle face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and written communications regarding complaints
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues from other departments who support the investigation and service recovery processes.
• Identify key issues in the complaints received and provide feedback to the concerned departments and/or management for review and improvement.
• Represent the Company in managing the full process of customer disputes through mediation and adjudication at the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre Ltd (FIDReC) and other external escalation channels.
• Submit complaints management related reports on a timely basis
• Support and attend to policy renewal and billing related enquiries from intermediaries and corporate clients. .
• Suggest and provide process improvement in alignment with organization’s Technology, Digital and Analytic (TDA) direction.
• Manage internal and external audits on complaints data and implement proposed improvements if any.
