- Oversee the day-to-day site office administration works
- Communicate and work closely with customers, sub-contractors, 3rd Party service providers
- Liaise with internal and external suppliers for quotation, ordering & arranging of goods delivery
- Monitor the expiry of project Insurance, Performance Bonds and Warranty
- Involve in directly hired workers-related activities
- Handle workers’ dormitory-related duties
- In charge of basic IT support to the staff
- Work closely with the HR Department
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical & attentive mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
