About the role

The Strategic Resourcer is responsible for supporting the global talent banking practices of qualified multi-sector candidates (PIE) that match the experience, skill set and knowledge of client job requirements that the team supports within Asia.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all candidates screened possess the correct skillset experience and qualifications.
• Use all available resources and networks to successfully source new candidates (Job Boards, LinkedIn etc.) for active and prospective opportunities.
• Constantly source candidate pools across the PIE (Process, Infrastructure, Energy) to ensure a “live” network of candidates are available to react to any new requirements that may arise. Deliver excellent internal service to Sales, Recruitment and Management functions within the main hub and global hubs.
• Post and monitor job openings/responses on various web search engines and Airswift website.
• Fully utilize the use of the company’s ATS (Bullhorn), web searches, networking, and advertising.
• Interface weekly with the other Recruiters/Sales Consultant within the group, sharing best practices and market sector intelligence.
• Demonstrate market knowledge across the PIE industry by gathering intelligence from candidates, client interactions and industry press articles.
• Report on lead generation performance, demonstrating accountability and commitment to identifying new opportunities.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing candidates within their assigned industry and/or discipline.
• Actively participate and contribute on Benchmarking projects, Bids and RFPs.
• Consistently research and monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information and then acting upon the information by sharing with Sales/Recruitment Functions.

• Prepare the inventory of Material installed (tag no. and serial no.) onboard the FPSO with the value above / over USD25K.

Airswift is seeking to invite an experienced Electrical Engineer with power generation engineering on FPSO projects to consider a contract engagement with one of our clients.

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Able to handle electrical power distribution center and would be able lead this package independently.
• Plans and directs the running of application software such as ETAP and reviews and approves the datasheets deliverables prepared by Engineers and reviewed by the Project Lead.
• Directs Engineers in the team to develop engineering specifications (drawings, data sheets, etc) specific to the assigned project, reviews them and validates with the Project Manager and client before incorporating them in the RFQs
• Independently evaluates all the bids received for marine/topside electrical/mechanical packages from various suppliers, performs a technical bid evaluation process, involves in cost estimation, ensures selected vendors meet technical/engineering and delivery requirements as stipulated in the project specifications and gives assessment to the Buyer who will follow up in the tender evaluation, price negotiation and award process.
• Reviews/checks draft drawings and documents from team members and ensures the timely provision of accurate documents and specifications to the successful vendors to enable the latter to execute their work and deliverables.
• Independently manages/develops solutions to technical/engineering and related problems by analyzing the issues/data, interpreting the analysis and evaluating various options/measures using experience, precedents and professional references.
• Reports any deviation from company standard specification and practices, concept change to Department manager and seek his approval on the solution.
• Visits suppliers, checks and tests Electrical items to ensure that they function as per specifications.
• Participates in meetings, reviews progress and addresses interface/implementation/execution issues, escalates where necessary
• Plans and organizes resources and schedule.
• Provides technical/engineering support and advice to Construction/Commissioning work at site, trouble shoots and follows up to rectify the gaps or problems. Where necessary, provides off-site support and advice.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s in electrical engineering (Power System preferred).
• Minimum 6 - 12 years of relevant working experience in Electrical engineering (Power Distribution System) in oil and gas sector.
• Familiarity with FPSO/FSO and working experience in the oil and gas sector is preferred.
• Possess an understanding of the specific technical requirements of the assigned project specifically to Offshore and understand Industry Standard, Classification Society and Regulatory requirements.

• Responsible for operation and maintenance of instrument, control and automation installations of the vessel. Particular emphasis is laid on the operation and maintenance of the subsea, process and Fiscal metering station.
• Responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day activities are carried out in a safe and healthy manner and that the impact of such activities on the environment is within acceptable limits.

DUTIES

• Ensure that all test instruments have valid calibrations.
• Carry out repair and Planned Maintenance of safety systems, PSD, ESD, F&G, in accordance to procedure / Planned Maintenance.
• Report the E&I status of the installation and any changes/modifications made or other matter of importance to his/her superior.
• Maintain and calibrate all portable gas measurement instruments and training personnel in use of measure instruments and understanding of readings
• Carry out the duties and tasks as specified in the Emergency Response Plan

Job Responsibility:

• Carry out Preventive Maintenance (PM) as stated in the PM Master Schedule timely and according to WI/ checklist. The works includes but not limited to pump/ equipment check & maintain, troubleshooting, repair and replacement of parts/ equipment etc.
• Perform checks, maintenance, refurbishment & monitoring of centrifugal pump/ diaphragm metering pump/ compressors running condition periodically and maintain records.
• Carry out rectification works as per issued Job Request order, in a timely and safe manner.
• Perform necessary Lock-Out, Tag-Out (LOTO) and isolation of process prior to carrying out the works, in accordance to Permit to Work system and LOTO procedures.
• Assist and guide external contractors in carrying out their regular/ ad-hoc maintenance contracts, ensuring these external contractors adhere to the plant’s HSE safety, operations procedure & quality of works done.
• Receive and conduct QC check on incoming spare parts/ consumable delivery.
• Practice prudent inventory management, optimize cost effectiveness and plant availability.
• Perform regular/ ad-hoc cleaning of the equipment strainers.
• Carry out leak repairs of MF, RO membrane, pressure vessels and troubleshooting of out of specifications membranes.
• Carry out ABS/ PVC/ CPVC pipe leak repairs and replacement work. Technician shall possess the basics knowledge of pipe measurement & cutting, grinding, applying primer and solvent cement to fit-up and installation. Able to do PVC welding.
• Assist plant during urgent/shutdown works, even beyond normal hours.
• Any tasks or jobs assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Higher NITEC / NITEC in Mechanical or other engineering-related field with at least 2 years’ experience in water treatment. Candidates with similar or relevant work experience will also be considered.
• Knowledge in other pipe materials will be added advantage
• Other safety certifications will be added advantage

Job Requirements:

• Experience and/or qualified to HNC/HND in instrumentation or recognised equivalent.
• 15 yrs experience desired with offshore experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience of Permit to Work, Mechanical Isolation Standards and Risk Assessment.
• Experience and knowledge of hydrocarbon processing systems and utilities.
• Experience in Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
• Comp ex E’X’ Cours e preferred.
• Medically fit to offshore International standards such as ENG1 or equivalent.

· Development-to-Implementation of new, competitive, innovative, differentiative & localize solutions for both Aftermarket and New Units sales in the region.

· Actively collaborating closely with Aftermarket Sales & Service, Engineering, relevant team members, JV partners (Turkey & China) and external suppliers to improve & increase both Aftermarket and New Units solutions to improve sales in the region.

· Supporting sales activities for IRM products including preparation of quotation, technical specification, quotation follow up, commercial/technical clarification, updating of quotation logs, preparing and submission of order for internal approval.
