Key Outputs:

• Develop and monitor critical business roadmaps in conjunction with senior leaders to ensure business objectives are achieved.
• Overall leadership and delivery of strategic programmes, ensuring cost reduction and improvement opportunities are leveraged.
• Work with Portfolio & Governance to prepare quality business cases, investment reviews and prioritisation of programmes.
• Provide dashboards and presentations to Senior Leadership audiences to ensure metrics are available and solutions are understood.
• Act as the subject matter expert and senior interface between programme sponsor and delivery teams to support the delivery of a customer centric system.
• Lead diverse project teams to ensure delivery of business objectives and development of a high performance culture.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business requirements are understood, and prioritised and business outcomes are delivered.
• Facilitation of the high level re-engineering and simplification of processes to achieve the most efficient and cost effective outcome.
• Mobilisation and implementation of key business change programmes to ensure best practice technology is available and aids competitive advantage.

Work Experience

• Strong demonstrated experience in leading complex programmes for a large diverse organisation.

Education
• University graduate in relevant business discipline or equivalent experience.

• Solid understanding of the commercial context we operate in and the learning agility to apply this within role to improve outcomes functionally and for the business.
• Understanding of the key drivers of the business and be able to guide others in delivering functional solutions.

Under the general direction of Manger Contracted Maintenance:

· Management of all Activity In E&M Singapore and Senior Representative on Site

· Maintenance of the Relationship with SASCO

· Responsible and providing oversight for all deployed personnel and contractors supporting maintenance activity in Singapore

· Delivery of all activity on Site and oversight of all maintenance activity

· To provide direct oversight of Services supplied by the Maintenance Provider(s) to ensure that the desired outcomes are achieved in relation to Time, Maintenance standards, and Cost.

· Liaise, negotiate and provide direction as necessary to the Maintenance Services Provider(s).

· Liaise and negotiate as necessary with OEM’s, regulatory authorities, vendors and customers on Technical matters.

Ensure Maintenance Provider(s) comply with applicable Service Level Agreement(s).

· Keeping the maintenance providers focused on the provision of service by continual monitoring and ensuring any required follow-up action to achieve desired and timely outcomes in relation to the completion of work, maintenance standards and cost efficiencies.

· Responsible for co-ordinating all maintenance requirements for aircraft visits plus any special checks, engine changes etc. Ensuring that work is carried out prior to forecast or compliance expiry.

Develop relationships that assist the maintenance provider to understand the needs of Fleet Manager

Educational Qualifications:

Mandatory

· Project Management Experience

· Tertiary qualification Engineering or Commerce

· Experience of Managing Aircraft Heavy Maintenance visits

Preferred

· Project management qualifications

Sound understanding and experience of aircraft maintenance

Special Skills / Competencies / Previous Experience:

Mandatory

· Proven Vendor Relationship Skills

· Excellent interpersonal and team building skills

· 5 years relevant industry experience

· High level organisational skills, including proven business/commercial acumen.

· Proven understanding of financial and planning reporting and basic accounting principles

· Sound communication skills, both written and verbal

· Customer service focused

· Decisive and self-starting attitude with energy and motivation to be effective in a very demanding environment

· A commitment to on-going maintenance of professional standards and the development of relevant capabilities

· Computer literate – MS Office Products

Preferred

· Project Management Qualification PRINCE2 or equivalent.

· Knowledge of NZ Civil Aviation Authority and other applicable regulations

· Thorough knowledge of aircraft maintenance and Engineering processes.

· 5-10 years aircraft Engineering experience plus time in roles requiring business/commercial decisions

· Knowledge of and working with Business/accounting principles

· Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills

· Commitment to the value of teamwork and sharing of information and experience and an ability to contribute constructively to the overall change process the company is working through
