Responsibilities:

• Manage and work on 180-degree recruitment covers full candidate management cycle: sourcing, assessment, interviewing, offer management, relationship building, and market insights for comprehensive talent acquisition.
• End-to-End Candidate Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate outreach to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
• Candidate Assessment and Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit. Determine their suitability for specific roles and extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms of employment.
• Market Research and Insights: Stay updated with industry trends and provide valuable market insights to clients, helping them refine their hiring strategies.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Market Mapping: Analyse industry trends and competitors, identifying opportunities and potential talent sources to inform recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of recruitment experience, whether in tech or non-tech sectors, are encouraged to apply. We value a mix of fresh perspectives and seasoned expertise.

Responsibilities:  Comprehend and convey Integral solutions and offerings to both internal and external audiences. Collaborate with the sales team during the pre-sales phase, overseeing demonstrations, product walkthroughs, and solution development for potential clients. Collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to implement new client installations and maintain existing client implementations. The onboarding responsibilities encompass verifying liquidity, straight-through processing (STP), creating organizational structures, deploying MT4 and MT5, configuring user accounts, providing product training, addressing client inquiries, and coordinating test trades, among other tasks. Aid in configuring solutions in both test and production environments, ensuring successful execution and a positive impact on customer operations. Provide continuous operational support and maintenance for customer setups. Qualifications: Possess an academic degree in a technical or financial field. Proficient in MT4 and MT5 server deployments and upgrades, bridge and gateway settings. Proficient in UNIX commands, with mandatory knowledge. Proficient in trading and aggregation engines, bridges, and gateways. Familiar with back-office workflow and STP processing, including expertise in the FIX messaging protocol. Knowledgeable about financial markets, their operations, and Broker/Trader workflows, with a specific focus on FX and CFDs. Have experience collaborating with and supporting a Sales organization.
