Job Responsibilities

• Going on-site or communicate with customers to understand their needs through online means
• Ensure good after-sales service
• Looking for potential sales
• Answering sales enquiries whenever someone calls into the office (If you are in the office)
• Provide excellent sales service and meeting sales target
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned
• Training will be provided

Job Requirements

• Strong sales service mentality, proactive and willing to learn attitude
• Experience in sales will be an advantage
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice will be an advantage
• Preferably 1 year experience on sales
• Possess a valid Singaporean Driving or Bike License (easier to travel around)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Singaporean only due to quota limitations.

Job Details

Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9AM - 6PM) and Saturday (9AM - 12.30PM)

Pay: Basic + Commission basis

• Data Entry - Invoice/Works Order
• Issue Purchase Order
• Handle accounts receivable and payable (data entry)
• Handling of Petty Cash for reimbursements
• Assist in Payroll (Calculate OT and Commission)
• Admin-related (Office supplies, company events, container booking, etc)
• Renewal of Company’s licenses, certifications, agreements, etc
• HR-related (Workers, Staff, Vehicles, and Rental)
• Debt collector
• Marketing-related
• Handle customer enquiries via Phone calls or Emails
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR-related role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• MYOB Software experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the organisation

We are a company that does Awnings, Loop Blinds and Fabrics. You will go through training under our salespersons to learn more about the trade before starting it out by yourself.
