Responsibilities:
- Provide hospitality to guests and visitors with professionalism
- Manage access cards including photo taking, issuance and termination of cards in the system
- Manage office stationery, pantry and consumables including raising of Purchase Requisition, name cards, telephone list, coffee machines, paper shredder, lockers, safety shoes, keys, etc.
- Assist in housekeeping matters for meeting room and common space in the office
- Handle general office tasks including mails collection and distribution and courier arrangement, support in travel and hotel arrangement
- Assist in organizing townhall, employee events and activities Arrange Travel Request and hotel arrangements for key leaders in Pioneer office
- Support his/her manager on travel claims
- Ensure the office and toilets are kept at tip top condition by ensuring the janitorial work is done well
- Arrange overseas guest’s hotel booking if needed
- As receptionist to the office at Pioneer, will be seated at the receptionist area
Job Details:
- Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Pioneer
- 1 year renewable contract
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application
- Able to multi-task and work well under pressure and strict timeline
- Independent, meticulous, resourceful, good time management and ability to prioritize
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Possess knowledge in travel arrangement an added advantage
