Job Description
- Verify revenue accuracy and review transactions, reporting any discrepancies to the Account Manager/ General Manager.
- Perform trial balance and credit card reconciliations and follow up on guest ledger accounts.
- Handle inter-company transactions, including processing debit/credit notes, resolving disputes, and managing commissions.
- Perform cashier reconciliations, monitor transactions, and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Manage billing and prepare receivables reports to support a smooth month-end closing process.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
- Conduct general office administrative tasks, such as managing documentation, filing, record maintenance, and inventory of office supplies.
- Assist with basic HR functions, including maintaining leave records and tracking employee attendance. Maintain and update employees’ personal data files.
- Apply for work permits and manage matters related to the Ministry of Manpower.
- Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirement(s)
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.
- A collaborative team player with a positive work attitude.
- Hardworking, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Holds a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Possesses at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
